The community foundation idea is simple: Anyone may use it to give something back to the community.  When you give to our foundation, even a small gift makes a difference because all gifts are pooled for investment purposes.  Dollar by dollar, donations build a permanent endowment and create new money for grant making through prudent investing.

We welcome gifts of all sizes to existing funds.  You can also create a new named fund with a gift of $10,000 or more, that will support specific charities or a broad area in which you would like to make an impact.  In some cases, a minimum gift of $1,000 will establish a named fund, with the agreement it will become $10,000 within five years.

Some donors give during their lifetimes; others arrange for a future gift through bequests. All are generous givers whose gifts make a difference today and for generations to come.
